Hi! I'm Amber, a certified life coach who works with women navigating overwhelm, life transitions, and identity shifts.
Through my work with Wander & Wonder, I’ve seen how powerful it is when women are given space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
This adventure was created to offer that same sense of grounding — through coaching, conversation, and compassionate support.

Coaching isn’t about fixing or pushing. It’s about:

No. Life coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
Coaching focuses on the present and future — helping you gain clarity, set boundaries, and move forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.
If therapy is a better fit, I’m always happy to share resources.
